This is the page for my Intro to Film class where I will upload all the works I create, ranging from Photoshop pieces to films I may record.

This project taught the class certain elements of photoshop by making a collage
Pop Out project:
In this project we were assigned to make a person and an animal "popping out" of a frame which taught us many principals of photo shop in the process.
Logo project:
four rough sketches:

For my four "rough sketches" I was trying to make a film related logo whilst also incorporating my initials (SGH).
Two rough sketches:
​For my two rough sketches I decided to narrow it down to the idea of a film camera

Final Logos:
For the final logos the ones presented on the left are logos that don't incorporate my full name. For those I decided to go for more simple designs, all incorporating the camera. For the full name logos I wanted my name to look like a roll of film and one that was more simple, just show casing my name below the camera.
Album Cover:
This album cover is a parody and addition to the Beatles album cover Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts club. The album cover has me added as a fifth member on the right wearing green. Additionally, in the center of the drum text reads "Video by Sam Huresky".

In this project we were assigned to pick an exotic word of which we would make into a short film. For this I chose the fear of money, chrometophobia. This dogmatic film is titled "Less is more" and is intentionally disorienting to reflect the feelings of the character portrayed.

for this project we were assigned an object and had to give it a purpose; and as demonstartated on the left, we had to show the item in use.
The project on the left here is a print ad for the object. I wanted to make a sort of abstract purpose for the object because I thought it would make for a more interesting video.
In this project we had to make a sequel trailer to an existing movie.. I recently watched an older Swedish film called the Seventh Seal which I thought would be cool to make into a sequel.
